Psychotherapy begins with an initial evaluation to better understand your presenting needs. We will work together to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that is uniquely suited to your strengths and needs. Although treatment can vary, sessions are typically held for 45 minutes on a weekly basis until symptoms are adequately resolved. I network with many psychiatrists, medical doctors, inpatient and intensive outpatient programs and will provide you with appropriate referrals when needed.
Psychotherapy
Individual, couples, and family therapy for adolescents and adults for all aspects of mental health and personal growth issues, including depression, mood disorders, anxiety, family and couples conflict, eating disorders, addictions, self-esteem and identity issues, sexual and physical abuse recovery, spiritual growth, trauma recovery, and grief counseling.
Group Psychotherapy
Ongoing process groups and recovery groups where individuals can learn more about themselves, improve their interpersonal relationships, and change dysfunctional behaviors in an environment of honest, supportive relationships. Group psychotherapy is proven to be a highly effective and often more affordable therapy option.
Supervision and Consultation
Individual and group supervision for social work licensure and consultation for clinicians in a theoretically grounded, non-judgmental environment designed to foster clinicians’ professional growth and confidence.
